Day 5. Mexico City.
I kept hearing "NAVIPLASTIC" blaring over loudspeakers in the street. I could tell it was a sales pitch of some sort but I couldn't figure out what the product was. To my ear it sounded like "Naviplasti" and I was wondering if it was something like rhinoplasty. Only after reviewing this photo in my camera did I understand that Navi is short for Navidad (Christmas) and it referred to plastic Christmas trees, which are apparently a hot commodity in early November.
