Echo, an installation by Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa running until September 11. The tranquility emanating from this giant buddha-like head affects all who pass, or so I imagine.

And I'm afraid it's hard to appreciate the scale of this sculpture from my photo (because people were required to stay out of the perimeter while I was there), but a tall adult, would perhaps come up to the bottom of the girl's chin. You can see the top of her head looming through the treetops from quite a distance away. It's 44 feet/ 13.5 metres high.
