Wow- that's a great shot! It's not a multiple exposure at all? It seems like 3/10 s isn't long enough to get a blur like that, and the number of the rain strikes....

@Matt: Thanks, Matt! It is indeed a single exposure; it was raining really hard, and the man (attached to the foot) was walking really fast. Actually, the foot was completely unexpected - a lucky break.
