Wow, that's a lot to choose from. I don't know that I'd be that picky, but if you have time. . . . All the round shapes you capture here are wonderful.

Damon, this is a great shot. May I suggest a little "light-room" time in order to bring out the woman's face (and maybe the rest of her body) from the shadows? The problem (IMHO, of course) is that my eyes are naturally drawn towards her hand, but when they try to flow in the upper left corner, they find.... nothing. :)

@Alessandro: Thanks for your interest, Alessandro! Let's just say that this was a difficult photo to process. It was a night-shot with strange artificial lights coming from odd angles. The woman's face has already been brought out from the shadows as much as is possible without completely ruining the feeling of naturalness. Probably I'd be better off to go back and try again with better lighting.
Great shot Damon! Wonderful b&w!

The choice of B&W for that market scene (so full of colors) is just great - love all those lttle balloons-like fruits ~

great :) i tend to spend lots of time picking out fruit, to find the tastiest looking ones, just like she does. cool capture :)

aren't you going to post the colour version, Damon?

@Jatin: Surely you already know what colour an orange is...
Frannie comments that your compositions are especially striking lately. I agree.

Nice image.....I differ from Alessandro on this one. I'm not bothered at all by how soft her face came out. I really do not like to much sharpness in monchrome pictures. For awhile I was taking the time to draw out as much sharpness as I could, however, a friend of mine mentioned that they were hard on the eyes to look at. I had to agree with him. It's just a matter of taste though. I like the picture.

Love how you have managed to fill the whole frame with produce . . it makes for such an overwhelming message of choice. Impressive for sure.

Great patterns and textures brought out in monochrome.

This looks like it was a challenging shot, but somehow you got it. ((Nice string of photos lately. bravo!))
