Electro in hot water

This is part of a group project undertaken by various members here on AM3.

Welcome to the theme. If you haven't signed up, it's time to spill the beans and let you know that there's a theme here on Aminus3 running today, tomorrow, and the next day, and the theme is 'water'.

The image I posted today includes many references to water, if you look hard enough, and I think it's also my weakest effort of the three, so I thought I'd post it first.

Damon - you are off to an excellent start with this theme. Top shot! I find myself staring at this photo over and over noticing new and interesting things around your kitchen. Kind of has a serial killer vibe too - nice ;)

I agree with Michelle - just read your about page for the first time. I agree with your thoughts on the extraordinary things around us. Photography has opened up a whole new level of perception for me. I see the world much differently than I ever did before taking photos.

Dear Damon and all who is reading this,
Thanks for organizing this theme. I skipped of posting photos from the past 2 weeks as i really got busy, but i always had in mind that i have to do it on may1,2,3 for the theme, i had no time to shoot anything new for the theme and hence i posted one from my archives for the 1st post, truely my friend, am3 is the greatest inspiration and motivation i ever had for photographing. Thanks to all our am3 teammates. Special thanks to the am3 organizers.

@Chris Sullivan: Well I hope it doesn't come off as false modesty - it was just my opinion. I liked the concept of this shot, but when I was processing it, I wish I'd been more careful composing it. Thanks Chris! (and everyone else - I'll of course answer more comments later after the madness dies down).
