I missed your recent posts Damon (due to a hell of a schedule) but have now thankfully caught up. Im really enjoying the series. It almost looks like the fat on the glass is on your camera lens. Too close for comfort!
Brrr... Do the peoples eat the head too??? If it was me who's taking this picture, I would cut the people in the back. The framing would be better.

@Martine Lapointe: Thanks for the suggestion, Martine. I left the people in the back because with the hand holding the cleaver, you get an idea of the next stage in the process.
I like this photo. I think that the background gives it more feeling and context. Imagine seeing dead chickens with a man with a big knife at the back ahaha. The detail is superb and I feel like the dead chicken is staring at me.
