@Lorraine: Thanks, Lorraine! No coffee this month and that's final! (Just this month though, and it's not like I'm giving up caffeine entirely. I'm switching to tea. And fortunately I've been able to avoid any serious withdrawal symptoms by cutting back on my coffee on the last days of January. I went 1 cup > half cup > quarter cup > none.)
