This little hell

is actually more or less opposite the view from yesterday. Look up: heaven; down: this scene. It's a church that burned down many years ago, and in spite of fences, boards, and warnings, has been covered with graffiti from top to bottom. Comically, the signs outside this area have proclaimed for at least the last 5 years that new townhouses are 'coming soon'! But nothing seems to be changing.

I'd been meaning to make a photo excursion to these ruins for some time, but yesterday when I tried, the fences were more secure than ever, so I remained on the outside for another day.
