In a lovely nod to bilingualism, the final line reads, 'Fucking Canadian de mes deux fesses!' which I could translate, but not as poetically.

@Daroru: Well, it isn't too subtle - luckily there's no accompanying graphic illustration, though, oddly enough, I did receive two attempts at illustration in my inbox.
Hahaha, Great catch Damon.

@Reza: Thanks, Reza!
As if it were not enough with the graffiti... "Canada (?)", laughing out loud. You have a great sense of humor!
(It's a bit sad, though, come to think about it all...)

@Guillermina: Funny but sad - well that's political dialogue for you. Gracias, Guillermina!
It's very sad. Why can't they just be Canadian with their French heritage; like the rest of us Canadians who have rich cultures and heritages but embrace what Canada is... sorry.. had to go there.

@Rags: You're more than welcome, Kanyi!
I agree with Amy. Having lived outside of Canada for 7 years now, one of the things I am most proud of is Canada's bilingual nature. The people who want a "free Quebec" are just as ignorant as the people who despise the french province. Canada is a combination of its parts and an excellent example of how 'different' need not mean 'separate'.

@Aaron Schmidt: Thanks, Aaron! Quebec's great; Canada's great; why can't we all just get along :)
Further to Amy and Aaron's comments, I wanted to say that I was born in Montreal and live in Quebec, and I am what is referred to as 'Pure Laine' as in long line of quebecois from the very first settler, and I am Canadian through and through, it's the best country in the world, I love Canada for its multiculturalism and shame on those who want to divide this wonderful nation!
