Following your muse indeed, I like how the guitar is leading/ Still my first thought was 'Take the first step and the next one will get you to where you're going' (Quote from Swan Song book from author Robert McCammon, one of my favourite books)
FANTASTIC photo, love, love, love it LOL

@Lorraine: Thanks, Lorraine! It's a mandolin actually which I thought made the sight all the more unusual. I'll have to check out Swan Song which looks interesting.
Superb light Damon. I like the PP. Tell me, are all these spots on the ground chewing gum?

@Lucca: Indeed I believe you're right - not a beautiful sight, I'd say. Didn't their parents teach them not to spit their gum on the ground? Thanks, Lucca!
There's a theme developing here, and I'm a fan. That's one of the great things about photoblogging, watching people take certain paths over the course of a few days with their photos. Interplay with shadow is fantastic, at first I wasn't convined about the vignette effect at the top of the frame, but it balances out well with the rest of the photo. Great stuff Damon.

@Chris Sullivan: Thanks so much, Chris. Yes, I'm going for a certain look which does involve vignetting as way of drawing attention to the centre, making the photos more theatrical - thanks for noticing.
