Cracker of a take. Love the framing. couldnt be better with the walker about to exit frame and the wealth of details of the location itself. Theyre all coexisting very well, with no one thing dominating our attention. Its an image which draws our eye all over the frame with ease.

@Duncan Galbraith: Thanks, Duncan! The only thing that bothers me now is that I think I could have managed to get a better contrast curve had I worked it a bit harder. Ah well.
Totally echo Duncan. Wherever your eye settles there's something going on. So many things happening here but it retains a sense of balance. Love the splashes of colour too.
Just back from a 9 day trip to Scotland so thanks muchly for all the feedback while I was away. Trying to catch up with everything I missed isn't easy. Need another vacation for it!

@Stu: Thanks, Stu! It is indeed hard catching up (and I haven't even been away). Strangely I've been finding it hard to find the time to respond to comments and to make my own comments on other people's stuff. Arr, Guess we need to do what we can do. I've hardly had a chance to look at your Scotland photos yet, but I'll catch up, I will...
@Helen: Thanks, Helen! Just around the corner from my house. It's a restaurant or bar (just to the left of this shot) and it's very mysterious with no real sign, just the blue diamonds.
