@Duncan Galbraith: Perhaps he is the pope of paints... To tell the truth, I'm not even sure he was painting (or a painter), but this photo sure makes it look that way. The sign dominating the bottom of the photo is from the large housepaint shop on the ground floor. Thanks, Duncan!

@Zach Siebert: Thanks, Zach. As I've told others, he was quite an unexpected sight, one that appeared immediately photographic. And your post... funny. Reminds me of the time recently when my wife and I were walking through an alleyway near home, turned the corner and almost walked into an old guy peeing into the middle of the alley, facing us. All three of us kind of yelped. Hey men, at least go against a wall or a tree or something. Sheesh!
