Wow! I (expletive) love this...! Too much to say. Ghostly figure...nice. Lights, reflections...super! Great angle! This is a winner for me! Good title...

@Shadow Mountains: Thanks so much Shadow! Your photo of medaman today left me sputtering and speechless with disbelief.
oooh you swine! bringing tears to my eyes here (cue violin)...ah the memories of mispent youth...lambretta 1959 classic, Brighton Beach revival nights at the Cockpit Leeds, saving up enough money for that two-tone two pack paint job, accidentally 'wheelying' it a green light and undoing all that time and expenditure...I could go on. I'm off to don my parker again and watch Quadrophenia...;)

@Duncan Galbraith: No no no, I'm no swine, or at least not worthy of moddish jealousy. You see, when I said it wasn't my Vespa, I really meant it, and disappointingly, my joyriding consisted of coming upon this nice scooter parked on the sidewak and thinking the seat would make a nice place to rest the old camera for a long exposure shot with a bit of the handlebars in the frame for grins. I was carrying a coffee at the time which I put down among some bushes while I attended to the picturetaking at hand. I expected some horrified Vespa-owner to come shrieking up to me at any moment, but sadly that didn't happen.
Yeah, I know, quite a let-down. A boy can dream, though, can't he?
Funny way to take pictures everywhere! It's more practical than a car!

@Martine Lapointe: It would be, yes. But as I said, it's not mine. More practical than a car for me, and better for creative photography are my own two feet. Merci, Martine!
