Happy Meat?

Storefront butchers have been a constant image from the time of my earliest years. I've grown up with them, and for me they project a certain warmth and childhood fascination. I've tried to reflect that in this and the coming photos.

Well, this one's not so bad. Worse to come, though.

Sharp shot for 1/15th second ... assuming you were using a tripod. I like the scene for its authenticity.

your canon probably had the IS turned on. it's funny how the store name goes from right to left on top but from left to right inside the window. Nice framing.

you should try the beef from these places. they're mighty good.

@Kelvin Chan: Hmm. I didn't notice what you mentioned about the writing until now. Of course, I can't read Chinese, so that's probably why. I'm a big fan of Char Siu and Roast duck, though it's the sausages I usually buy at this particular shop. Excellent in fried rice.

If IS stands for image stabalisation, my camera doesn't have any, so no, it was a straight handheld with no tricks. But honestly, 1/15 isn't that unusual for me, and it was a fairly wide angle. Mind you, I am looking for image stabalisation in my next camera.
